THE STORY
Built on Performance
Miles of Flavours began with a simple idea: the food you eat every day should support the life you're building.
After training at Le Cordon Bleu and working in some of London's most demanding kitchens — from CUT by Wolfgang Puck to a stage at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester — Miles learned what true culinary discipline looks like. Precision. Consistency. Attention to detail.
But outside the kitchen, performance was just as important. From competitive rugby to marathon training and now preparing for an Ironman, food was never just about taste — it was about energy, clarity, and recovery.
Miles of Flavours was built at the intersection of those two worlds: high-level cooking and high-level living.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Crafted for Real Life
Most people don't struggle with knowing what to eat — they struggle with finding the time.
Long hours. Early starts. Late finishes. Travel. Training. Meetings.
We design meals for real schedules.
Balanced, satisfying, and ready in minutes — without sacrificing flavour or quality.
Our menu is curated weekly, cooked in small batches, and built around whole ingredients. No shortcuts. No compromise. Just food you can rely on, whether you're heading into a packed day or winding down after one.
Healthy shouldn't feel restrictive. It should feel effortless.
WHO WE COOK FOR
Every order gets a chef's full attention.
Every dish is chef-designed and held to the standards of a professional kitchen. We focus on consistency, flavour, and thoughtful portioning rather than mass production.
Behind the scenes, the operation is run with the same discipline. Orders arrive when they should. Meals are exactly what you expect. The experience is simple.
We don't aim to be the biggest meal service.
We aim to be the one you trust week after week.
